Polygold® Insulation
Alsynite Has recently launched a new range of economical bulk Insulation products under the trademarked brand names Polygold® Premium Thermal Insulation and Polygold Hush®
Supplied in a range of thicknesses, thermal ratings and acoustics benefits as Polygold® Blanket and Polygold® Biscuits, all products have been thermal tested by BRANZ, and are fully JAS -ANZ Certified to AS/NZS 4859.1:2002. Certification provides security to Specifiers and end users alike, guaranteeing thermal uniformity in meeting the requirements of the Building Act 2004.
Polygold® Blanket Products and Polygold® Biscuitshave been designed for use in the walls and celings of houses, industrial and commercial buildings. The composition of Polygold® provides installers with a dust free product which in turn fits snuggly and binds into cavities
Polygold Hush® is a unique high density thermal insulation product that possesses remarkable acoustic benefits, reducing noise transfer through roofs or walls ensuring a far quieter environment.

Please note: Effective 31 October 2007 The NZ Building Code now requires an increase in the minimum R-values to be utilised for dwellings up to 300m2. This only affects Zone 3 (which includes The Central Plateau) at this time. Contact Alsynite NZ Ltd; www.dbh.govt.nzor the BRANZ Insulation Guide for further information. As a guide, a minimum of Polygold R3.6 for ceilings and R 2.4 for walls should cover most residential installation within Zone 3
