Applications
Polygold® Insulation Blankets are widely used for the underside of metal and other roofing products to reduce heat gain and loss. Sound absorption properties reduce noise from rain, hail or other external sources, creating a more pleasant, quiet and comfortable building for occupants.
Polygold® Premium Thermal Insulation Biscuits are widely used for installation in both residential housing, light commercial buildings and are supplied in varying sizes to meet variables in timber and steel framing spacing.
Polygold® Hush provides excellent acoustical properties, sound absorption and noise reduction coefficients, dramatically reducing transmission of noise through walls, floors and roofs.

Polygold® Premium Thermal Insulation is manufactured in a range of thicknesses, densities, sizes and thermal values, as Polygold® Biscuits, Polygold® Blanket and PolygoldŽ Hush to meet most industry requirements. Polygold® products are designed particularly for press-fit installation in both floor and ceiling system applications without stapling or fastening.
Polygold® Premium Thermal Insulation is manufactured using a unique advanced rotary flame attenuation process from resilient glass fibres, and then bonded with a thermal setting resin. They resist vibration or shakedown and fit readily around uneven steel and timber surfaces. Tests have shown improved STC rating when the product is installed under slight compression.
